Pantha Du Prince

Otra excelente aportación por parte de Alemania.

Encontré a Pantha Du Prince gracias a Rough Trade Records UK, disquera de bandas como The Strokes, Duffy, British Sea Power, Jarvis Cocker, Julian Casablancas, The Libertines, Pete Doherty, entre otros buenos artistas.

Pantha Du Prince esta formado por Hendrik Weber, claro, alemán.

Bueno, en total hasta ahora tiene 9 releases uno de ellos en colaboración. También ha hecho remixes para Bloc Party, Depeche Mode y una de mis bandas favoritas, Raz Ohara and The Odd Orchestra.

Su último disco es "Black Noise" el cual recomiendo ampliamente ya que lo considero una maravilla. Esta canción se llama "Stick To My Side" includia en este disco con los vocals de Noah Lennox, mejor conocido como Panda Bear de Animal Collective. También cuenta con la colaboracion de Tyler Pope miembro de !!! y LCD Soundsystem.

Seguro han escuchado por ahí el nombre de Karin Dreijer Andersson, que es sueca y que su proyecto inicial fue The Knife con su hermano Olof Dreijer.

La primera vez que escuche a The Knife fue con un mix hecho por Trentemoller, "We Share Our Mother's Health" y también escuche a Karin con "What Else Is There" de Röyksopp

Ahora escuche el proyecto solo llamado "Fever Ray", seré sumamente sincera llega un punto en el que la voz de esta mujer puede llegar a sonar para mi un poco molesta pero es buena música, me gusto mucho su solo proyect (gracias Isra).

Bueno se trata de un self titled que incluye la canción del video acá abajo "When I Grow Up"

También recomiendo este mix hecho por Rex The Dog de Hertbeats de The Knife.
